Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Credits (ai-credits.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

AI Credits is an information directory for AI credits, API credits, startup perks, cloud credits, promo codes, and related guides. We help users discover and compare programs and publish Status and Last Verified dates where available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when possible.

Listings summarize third-party programs. We do not control those providers’ offers. Values, eligibility, and availability can change without notice. Always confirm terms on the official provider page before applying or spending money.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Submissions and content

When you submit a credit listing or other content:

• You confirm you have the right to share it and that it is not knowingly false or misleading.
• We may edit, reject, delay, or remove submissions for accuracy, policy, or legal reasons.
• Published listings remain subject to our editorial judgment and later updates.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Scrape the site in a way that harms availability, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• Submit spam, malware links, or deceptive “credit” offers.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with providers.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.

Payments and billing

If paid account features are offered, they are billed according to the plan you choose. Third-party processors handle card data. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case unless a separate refund policy says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Site design, original copy, and software (excluding third-party marks and program names) are owned by us or our licensors. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification.

Disclaimer

The directory is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on listing data or from third-party credit programs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may close your account through settings where available.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will update the date above and may include notice on the site.
